Shipping
When will my order ship?
As you're checking out an item in the shop, there will be an arrival estimate underneath it! Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to expedite orders, so make sure to place your order with plenty of time for it to arrive!
I'd love to see where my item is in the shipping process! Can you tell me?
Absolutely!
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you complete your checkout process, and you will receive a shipping notification the second we pop your package in the mail.
Within that second email will be a tracking number that you can click on to keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you!

Please note:
Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue.
Also:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order (including apartment numbers!). We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! If you have any trouble placing your international order, just reach out to us! We’re happy to help!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
We've created and packaged all of our products with love and care, and so unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, all orders are non-refundable. This includes apparel, so make sure you've selected the correct size before you place your order!
If your item did arrive damaged, or if we did send you the wrong item by accident, please click here and send our customer service team a note within 7 days of receiving your order so we can take care of the problem!
